Hello.
I've never had any substantial roots forming in water fail to produce
results when put into soil afterwards, regardless of what the plant was.
Adding soil to water is interesting, but I've never found it necessary,
unless this will cause rooting of things that usually don't...
As far as cuttings closed in bags, I really have to wonder if "sealed"
is the right way, even when sterilized, the cuttings quickly rot. Maybe
"mostly sealed" with attention paid to keeping it all from drying out,
more like the way things would be in an actual greenhouse?
