Re: Collecting Vegetable Seeds


tomato seeds can be harvested from any ripe tomato, green pepper, etc.  cut
the vegetable open, and collect the seeds, using a knife, or tweezers. place
on a dry surface, plastic wrap (they will stick to paper towels). allow them
to dry well before storage. place the seeds in an envelope, place them in a
jar, and put in the frig until next year.  always choose the best fruit from
a plant to save seeds from.   :)     chris
