Tips on TACCA sp.?

Help, please! Any and all tips on propagating this from seed would be most
appreciated. I am having a great deal of trouble locating any information.
One species, the 'Bat Plant' (T. chantrieri), I am really excited to try --
alas, I don't have very many seeds so I am trying to cut down my margin of
error. Prechill, nicking, boiling water treatment, in-and-out of the fridge,
a 2-year wait.......??????

P.S. I will be using an indoor light stand, and also have a heat mat if
necessary.
