Merlene - I have cuttings of several salvias rooting right now, as long as
you keep them moist and in the shade, they should do well. Just pay
attention to them, if your weather is as hot and miserable as it is here, and
they should do fine. I also collect seeds from my salvias early in the
season, and just throw them into the beds where I want more - the plants are
already up and growing.
