Aruncus

Does anyone know what seeds of this looks like?  I have a friend that 
purchased a dwarf variety of A. aethusifolius and collected seed for me.  
We're not sure what is chaff and what is seed!  We suspect that they are 
dust-like.  Can anyone confirm?
