I have read that you could make cuttings easily from clippings. If this is your vine all you have to do is lay down one of the vines and it will root eventually. Mine roots all the time like that. Otherwise you should be able to take a cutting and dip it in rooting hormone and place it in some sterile soil. This should be done at the beginning of the growing season. Annette zone 8
