Re: Growing Under Lights

Hi Olin,

I have a setup in the basement that lets me garden year round. I have three
"shelves" 12 feet by 2 feet and have ordinary 4 tube light fixtures. I have
a combination of Gro-lux and Power-Twist grow tubes and I start propagating
seed around december (depending on the type of plant ).

By March/April. My annuals are in bloom ,ready for hardening off and
planting outside once the danger of frost is past (which is around May 9 in
my zone 6). I have been doing this for a few years and have had much
success. Post a message if you need additional info.....Ranjit in Toronto
