Nasturtiums have to be some of the easiest seeds to deal with -- I would
probably collect the fleshy ones from the ground and either place them in a
paper bag in a dry location until they dry out and look woody, or put them
ontop of the soil in your window boxes. Don't water them, just let them
dry out there. When they are dry, cover them with a layer of soil, or just
poke them down into the mix and water them. Alternatively, you might want
to soak them in water overnight when you are ready to plant them. Either
way, let them dry out before you plant them.
Good luck!
