to far!) Yo!!!

You know Diann I had this horrible opinion of bacon grease and fat period but
I am thinking that I have changed my mind. Many or I should say most of my
relatives have lived to be over ninety years old and were healthy right up to
death with few problems other than arthritis. With my background in
nutrition I am going to flatly state that the problem with our nutrition
today is the use of hydrogenated fat and processed foods. Stay away from
them they will kill you. That is right folks, I am saying butter and bacon
in moderation is better than Crisco and margarine in any amount.
Plus, gardening is one of the best pursuits that one can be involved in, good
for the mind and the body.
