Diane,

What is the name of this enlightened municipality so I can contact them for
more information? I am trying to think of ways that our sanitation dept. can
add a collection of spring yard waste (right now it only does fall leaves).
The branches take up so much room in the waste stream.. ANyone else have
good examples??
