Last Night ..a friend dropped in ..newly-moved back-to Guelph Ontario, from Victoria British Columbia. He came over with a 12-pack of beer ..trying to help cure my twisted ankle, from my gardening activities of last weekend. He wants to get back into gardening/landscaping/flora-culture on a fairly heavy scale as a hobby.
He proceeds to tell me, that "scabiosa" (spelling unknown?) has been the top selling perennial in Victoria, for the past three years running, so I get my reference books out ...h'mmmm ..can't find a thing related to SCABIOSA :)?
Anyone know ..what he might be talking about? ..any responses welcome ..and thanks in advance
