Hi Pottsey
I am assuming all of these are the same because they are in the
composite family. I would just wait until after the first frost and then
harvest, let them dry some, and save them in the crisper of your
refrigerator in a baggie. I either do this or just wait until spring and
collect them from purple coneflowers(echinacea purpurea). I am sure
someone else would do it different.
