Great big whoops! here and an apology for not being more clear about the
Ruellia. I was speaking of one of the native (to this area) Ruellia. In
particular the R. strepens. This is a large genus covering over 250 species.
They can be tiny or humongus, herbs to shrubs. Most are found in tropical
America and Africa. Only a few species are found in the hardy zones.
