Re: Microbiota decussata

Hi Marge and Kay,

Thanks for the info. An excellent local nursery, Burnham Woods, has
started carrying this plant. It was they who recommended it to me as a
good replacement for the groundcover junipers in shade. I seem to have
seen pictures of it in the Wayside catalog before they dropped me from
their list, but nowhere else. Does it have a common name? Are there
inexpensive sources for it? Is it best grown as a companion plant, or by
itself? Is it truly evergreen, i.e., does it keep its color all year?
(Burnham Woods is closed in winter so I can't inspect their plants now,
besides which, they are under 9" of snow.)

It is supposed to warm up into the high 20s today! Whoopee!
