Things seem to flourish here that didn't in Houston, a mere 45 minutes south
of here, so I'm having a fine time trying new plants.  I think Houston's
better for azaleas, though.

Right now we are into our second day in a row of mid-70s weather and I've
just put on the sprinkler system.  It really doesn't serve the existing beds
beside the driveway all that well, but it helps.
