here are a couple of thoughts  Cornelian Cherry, Cornus Kusa  (Could go
higher than 12 ft but so will Japanese Maple)  viburnum Prunifoliam "Cherry
Viburnum", Snow fountain "Weeping Cherry"  ,  Acer Campestre "Hedge maple"
Sargents Crab, Viburnum Tomentosum "Doublefile" Would need a bit of traning
, but worth it.  Oh yes and Covey "weeping RedBud.
