Re: pulmonarias


P. David Ward, I killed several too but my last one is really thriving
sitting on a mound of clay with sand and composted manure amendment. Cool and
mostly shaded area. It  sprouted an all light green section which I did
remove. I mostly have very sandy soil. The clay area was waste from an
ancient shaft mine on our property, and this pulmonaria would not take to my
regular soil. Real gardeners seem to encourage death by experimentation.
