Tim,

Saturday I saw some H. orientalis in full bloom at a nursery (they
cheated - they had been kept in a 35 F min greenhouse all winter) and
I had to take a look at mine when I got home.  It appears to be in
bud (I just got it last fall so I'm not sure what the early stage of
the inflorescence looks like).
