Hi, Bobbi:

Biggest problem with any of these places [including Frank's recently], IMO,
is that all the plants get stressed from neglect.  By this I mean, there is
no watering on a regular basis, no fertilized at all, no air circulation
because of cramming, etc..  Anything I buy from these places, I'll inspect
the plant fully before I take it home including pulling it from the pot!
Even with this plus the TLC, I rarely lose one.

Lowe's and Home Depot are owned by the same company.
