Adding compost to raised bed.

Hi Sheila,
Thanks for answering.  I'm going to pay closer attention to my gardens this
year, with an eye for how much organic matter is in them!  Did the
improvement in your raised bed happen over a year? or was it a slower
process?  How much compost did you add?  (1", 2" , 4"? layer, etc)
