I'm sure there are many excellent fern sources out there.  However, I do
believe the very best fern source is:

Judith Jones, the owner, knows ferns like no one else - she refers to herself
as a pteridomaniac.  She has an excellent catalog (which lists zones).  You
can't go wrong with her or her plants.
