 Sheila,
Copperas is a Hi-Yield product that is recommended to help prevent
cholorosis.
It is 11% sulphur, and 19% iron derived from Ferrous Sulphate. Is there
something better I could be using?

Copperas is fine. Another is Aluminum Sulfate which I use for my rhodos and
bayberries. It will turn the yellow leaves green in a couple of days.
