Well Bob.. ur "Testing came" in loud & clear, in GUELPH ONTARIO CANADA and
this is truly amazing, since half our country is in a state of emergency
due the worst ice storm ever (freezing rain).
News reports say this is Canada's worst disaster ever, since 1.5 million
homes are without electricity for a couple of days now. Police & troups
are evacuating residents, from Ottawa Kingston Belleville areas through all
of Quebec Province and onward to the Atlantic Ocean. Conservative
estimates are saying there is a billion dollars damage, some of it
un-recoverable.
The freezing rain was so bad, main hydro towers holding up electric
transmission lines, and running into all major cities came down. Most of
our maple syrup industry is Quebec based; for example and, most trees in
that province were destroyed.
Nice to see the Shade Garden Group in full swing, and some of our Canadian
communication lines are still working.
