Houttinia....a.k.a. 'Cameleon Plant'.
Lovely colors, enhanced by more sunlight.  Can become invasive.  dies to
the ground in the winter.  Suitable for use around a pond, in boggy
soil.

If you CANNOT find the tovara nearby, we sell it.  $5.95 for a gallon
container.  Shipping would run you $4. minimum, or 15%, whichever is
greater.
