Houttuynia cordata is not only invasive, it will grow out of the drainage
holes in your pots. I wasn't sure that I wanted to plant it, so let it sit
around in the pot. It planted itself! It will grow in water --- in fact I
think it will probably grow and spread under any conditions. Have heard
that the safest place to plant it is on a support in the middle of a pond.
