Re: [SG] re Corydalis

Corydalis 'Blue Panda' did very well here for one season, in a spot I
thought much too sunny for it. It did not return the next year (so far as
I know), but did come back weakly the following summer. That was it for
that plant.

Corydalis 'Ex Dufu Temple' from Arrowhead Alpines, has done well for two
successive years in shade, and presently shows some foliage, so I expect it
to carry on in the coming summer, too.

The only other Corydalis I have been successful with is the climbing
species (the name of which presently escapes me), which almost smothers an
Exbury azalea bush each summer, dying back entirely in the winter. Since
it climbs with tendrils, I've also been able to train it up a rough-barked
pine as well.
