I also grow A. Perko and although I like the foilage it has never bloomed for
me either. I will move it to a sunnier location and hopefully will see to it
that it gets more water than where it was. I had it in a raised bed under oak
trees and I do not do a lot of suplemental watering so moving it will probably
be the best thing.
If you have any plant that is not performing as it ought ,give it a good year
and if it doesn't improve Move it.This usually works.I know it takes at least
3 years for a perennial to mature but after a year it ought to be at least
growing in size if not bloom.
