Its the same here,every town/city has a compost program it seems..Ya wants it,ya
pays fer it!Ah, for the good ol days when they would deliver it right to your house
rather than the dump..Seriously,glad to see 'everyone'is catching on to the value
of this stuff,cause its a win-win for us and the eco-system.
