Nothing difficult about germination of hardy cyclamen seed, or the growing on. Just takes mostly time. Do begin with fresh seed for best performance. you can obtain fresh seed that is maturing, or just matured, from Ellen Hornig. She has quite a few species and cultivars, I understand.
