I see where George mentioned growing Petite Pearl Faire. Have not seen that
one, but there are now several of the minis out there now. I received H. Petite
Ruby Veils and Petite Lime Sherbet to play with. Both are under 15" when in bloom.
H.P. Marbled Burgundy, P. Pink Bouquet, P. Ruby Frills are a few more names. I
became aware of them through catalogs aiming at rock gardeners. If I end up
carrying any heucheras in the nursery it will probably be a few of the mini...
simply because they are not as well known.
Someone mentioned Astilbe and there is a whole series out there now for the
mini Astilbe.
