It's been raining a lot here in east-central Illinois, and my pulmanarias
are rotting! Have (had??) some beautiful Majeste and they were so horrific
I cut them all down to the crown. However, I dug up one to take back to the
nursery to see what was going on and the roots were fine, so I'm thinking a
fungus. (If it's powdery mildew, it can't be seen on these white leaves.)
Today I sprayed all my pulmanaria with sulphur. I've read that you
alternate this with baking soda--anyone know why?? And what's the
difference between "dusting sulphur" and "lime-sulphur"?
Thanks!
