Fellow bug hunters:
Here is another unusual disease I have found. I have (3) pink
azaleas that have formed a fungus type growth on several of the leaves
at the stem tips. The growth is powdery white (but not any powder)
looking like a gall. The growth is solid and resembles the interior of a
granny smith apple when broken (solid flesh inside). I found about 10-15
growths about the size of a quarter on the leave tips. No where else can
I find it in the garden.
Any ideas?
