Re: [SG] Welcome

Hi shade gardeners!  Thanks for the nice welcome.  Sherryl asked me to give
a quick outline of where I garden.  I live in Northern California, USDA
zone 9, Sunset 14.  We have cool, rainy (!) winters and hot, dry summers.
My house has lots of trees, and my shady areas vary from total to high, dry
shade with some morning sun.  Since I've had sunnier places in the past, I
have quite a bit to learn about gardening in the shade and look forward to
your collective wisdom.
