Trilliums

If the first is possibly Purple Trillium (Trillium erectum); the should
smell badly but you have to get close to detect it. The second probably is
Toadshade AKA Red Trillium (Trillium sessile), and the third could also be
Toadshade or possibly Trillium cuneatum (this would not be native to your
area, though it is hardy there under the right conditions).
