We just installed a drip system around our house, but still need to do a lot
of watering in other beds. We have a well that we thought would be okay, but
we run out of water easily. Doesn't help that we're in a major drought area.
My question--what is a "normal" water flow per minute (or measured however)?
The well man we called put a meter on one of our taps, and if I understood
his counting method correctly, our water output is 100 gallons evey 22
minutes. Is that possible? Seems like a lot to me, so I thought I'd ask
people more experienced than we are.
We're going to have to install an irrigation tank, so we need to know how
many gallons we use in the garden.
Thanks, Laury Epstein
