Laury--
I also use a drip system, and our well could not support it. Our drippers put
out 1 gallon/hour, and we water 250 plants at a time. Thus we are expending 750
gallons/hour. However, we just spent $2000 having our well "hydro-fracked" so
that we would have a better water supply. Thank goodness we did that! This year
has been a killer so far, and so far (knock on wood), the well has held up--for
the first time ever.
