I would suggest that your callas have lost their roots.  Check the
collapsed one and see if the roots are still alive.  This can happen if
callas are kept too wet in a heavy soil.  Do your pots have drain holes?
For me callas have always been foolproof both in containers and in the open
ground.  But they do require good drainage.  Too-wet soil cuts off oxygen
to the roots and they die.
