Is there any hope for my perennial "Everlasting' peas? This is what I did to them so far. I soaked them in water overnight just like the package said, but only a few of them puffed up. I noticed the ones that puffed had some sort of break in the shell, so I put two and two together and scored the shells from the other ones. This did the trick it seems because most of the others puffed up overnight too. Then I let them sit in water (changed regularly to prevent algae growth) for a few more weeks but nothing happened. So as a last ditch effort to get the little buggers to sprout I planted them in a seeding tray and am keeping the soil moist. Are these peas just slow to sprout or have I killed them ? Any advice would be much appreciated. Esther
