Hi Lew,
I cut most of your message to remark on the one section that caught my
eye most. You luck person you. Having a creek run through your property
with lots of shade trees. Should make for absolute heaven this summer. If I
had the property I would be purchasing plants and sowing seeds of all kinds
of Primula to plant along the moist places in drifts. Then for larger
plants to break up the drifts, Goats Beard, Bugbanes, Turtlehead. Lots of
moisture loving Iris and tall lilies.
Good luck on creating the little bit of santuary from the world.
