Do you take the old blooms off the plant? I have found the plants bloom
on each new stem if the old bloom head is take off. If the plants were
blooming before, they may need more light and/water to bloom profusely.
The Rhododendrons here in Tennessee are blooming their heads off. Manly
have very few leaves. I believe the leaves came off due to the long
period of low rainfall in the fall. Still they bloom. But next year,
there will not be enough energy to bloom just new leaves. We will wait
and see.
