Don't know about Foster's hardiness, but I can talk about height. I've
got 6 of 'em at the corners of my house that were planted by the previous
owner. They just keep getting taller. The tallest is now about 20 feet
high, with no branches or foliage on the lower half of the trunk. Time
to cut 'em off near the ground and start over again. I've already done
that twice in the 20+ years I've been here.
