What about a variety of Trollius or one of the thalictrums? Now, if you were I
(or is it , If I were you?) I would interplant with impatienes. Another
possibilty is a new form of the tradescantias. You might want to consider some
of the summer blooming bulbs.
Does anyone know of a late flowering small astilbe? That would be wonderful.
All of mine are coming into bloom now, unfortunately.
