Hello Sheila,
I have Galax aphylla coming into bloom both in the garden and in the
nursery display area now. If this little beauty never bloomed it would
still be one of the best plants for the shade garden. Almost collected into
non-existence by decorators and the restaurant trade to decorate tables and
plates during the holidays at the turn of the century.
Leaves turn a most beautiful shade of bronze-red during winter and into
early spring. New growth is both bright green and trimmed in burgundy.
Blooms is in a white terminal spray.
