Diane, what kinds of flavorsome weeds do you gather and eat?
How about lamb's quarters? I'm always tempted by that, but never actually
ate any. We had a beautiful plant of it in our front yard this summer,
which we thought about eating for weeks--but I finally pulled it up. I
keep wondering what I missed. Pokeweed is another one I'd like to try.
Dandelion greens I have eaten and they are delicious--and good for you.
