Hello Nancy & Clyde.. others interested.
Nancy has made some really good points here. At what point do we go off
line with this conversation? Do we stay on for others to add their thoughts
and input? At some point the circle will need to be closed with something
like a CC list so who ever ends up on the "Steering Committee" can
communicate with all. Sounds like some face to face and telephone calls
here as well.
Clyde ... and the people already involved... can you take Nancy's
questions below and answer them one at a time in some detail? They all do
need to be answered with some focus in order to attract talent and to give
life to the concept. Sorry you started this one yet?
