Re: Leaf Shredder

Denise,

I'm ashamed to say it's only a little less than an acre, but I'm getting
direct drop from many mature oaks in the yard and from the surrounding
natural areas (not to mention those blowing in from neighbors).

Incidentally, we have never had as many acorns as we have this year. An
old-timer tells me that means a cold winter lies ahead.

In my earlier post, I think I listed the source of the shredder as Northern
Manufacturing. The correct name of the company is Northern Tool and
Equipment. They have a lot of useful yard tools and are fairly reasonably
priced. The last time I checked, their website was subpar but you can
order a catalog online.

Thanks to all for the advice on turning those pesky leaves into something
useful.
