Hi Lynn and all,
Talk about late bloomers - I have a couple of Rhodies blooming. Just a single
bloom here and there, but good grief, unless I've totally lost my mind (which is
a definite possiblity) this is autumn, not spring!! Maybe someone needs to tell
the Rhodies that. I even have a couple of impatiens that started to come up a
few weeks ago and are now blooming. I haven't planted impatiens in at least 2 or
3 years!! Go figure!! :-)
Another plant that is blooming it's little heart out right now is Alyssum
'Easter Basket (Bonnet?)'. I thought this was supposed to be an annual, but it
keeps coming back year after year. Must be a good reseeder. I have a blanket of
various shades of purple.
