Hi all,
I was going to mention on a previous message that if anyone else wanted a copy
of Bill's article to let me know and I would forward it on, but I thought it
would be better to wait till I heard from him. Since there are already requests
coming through, email me privately if you also want a copy and when I hear from
Bill I'll send it on. I don't think he will have a problem with it, but I don't
think it would be right to send it on without his permission. If I receive LOTS
of requests I'll just post it to the group.
