Hello all,
After reading all the posts on stepping stone vs. wood chip paths, I've
decided to go forth with great vigor and make stones for my main path, using
chips in the smaller paths through the large perennial border.
I gave more thought to all the work I'd have to do to build the chip paths:
go to the city landfill to obtain four or five pickup truckloads of chips
(with me and a friend shoveling there and at my house) vs. spending a more
sedate but pleasant chore of creating concrete slabs and placing various
imprints on them.
Thanks to all for your pro and con comments. This list is fantastic!
