If Kaye is referring to Houttuynia cordata 'Chameleon', then the prognosis is
grim, indeed.
I once asked a noted horticulturist how to deal with the subject plant and
with Lysimachia clethroides. His reply="Well, at least you can kill the
lysimachia."
My advice to Kay and others==TRIOX on those that emerge next spring.
Both have their places in a garden----in someone's else.
